Ongoing Subscription FAQ’s

  • For Ongoing Subscriptions, we dispatch the coffee within two working days of the initial order.

  • Shipping for subscriptions is free of charge in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

  • You can pause your Ongoing Subscription - just let us know at production@upsidecoffee.com.

  • If you would like to change the delivery address for a Set Time Subscription, email us at production@upsidecoffee.com.
