Ethiopia Guji Uraga
from €14.00
Fruity & floral, like nectarine, lime and earl grey! This fruity filter roast comes from the Guji zone of the Uraga district in Ethiopia.
The coffee is depulped the day it is harvested and is then left to ferment for 36 hours. Finally, it is washed to remove any mucilage and is dried for 12-15 days on raised beds.
As a light roast with fruit-like tasting notes, this one is best served black! Perfect for filter brewing, Aeropress or cold brew.
