Ethiopia Idido Yeast Fermentation Natural
Fruity & bright, like peach schnapps, sherbet and turkish delight! This beautifully distinctive filter roast comes from the Idido village of the Yirgacheffe district in Ethiopia.
Yeast cultures were added to the usual fermentation tank stage (when the coffee cherries are sealed in water tanks), and the end result is a fruit-packed brew with an almost sparkling sensation.
As a light roast with fruit-like tasting notes, this one is best served black! Perfect for filter brewing, Aeropress or cold brew.
