This is an excellent value washed Tanzanian Bourbon, from Mondul Estate in Arusha Region.

Flavour wise it is not dissimilar to a classic washed Ethiopian - quite citrusy, but rounded off like honeydew melon and caramel.

As a light roast with fruit-like tasting notes, this one is best served black! Perfect for filter brewing, Aeropress or cold brew.
