Decaf Espresso: Colombia El Buho Sugarcane
These days, a high quality decaf can hold its own with the caffeinated stuff!
A strong and sweet Sugarcane Decaf, contributed to by farmers in the Huila and Tomlina regions of Colombia.
This is roasted a touch on the darker side, to bring out heavy body and strength, while making it versatile in a cafetiere, stovetop/moka pot or espresso as a strong black coffee that also works beautifully with milk.
The coffee is decaffeinated using a solution with a natural extract of sugarcane plant, which helps remove most of the caffeine.
