This is a great value filter roast from the El Sendero Cooperative in Huehuetenango, Guatemala.

El Sendero takes lots in from a large group of farmers growing Caturra, Bourbon and Catuaí varieties at a pretty high altitude. This is super balanced with lovely body and sweetness!

This will make an excellent pour over filter or AeroPress brew. As a light roast, we recommend drinking this without milk, so the clean, caramel-like flavours and bright acidity come through.
