We always keep a spot in our range for a light roast Central or South American coffee, that is approachable in both price and flavour.

This is a great value filter roast grown by smallholder farmers in Huehuetenango, Guatemala.

Primavera Sisterhood takes lots in from a group of female producers growing Caturra and Catuaí varieties at a pretty high altitude. This is super balanced and clean, with honey-like sweetness.

A perfect one for that morning hand-pour ritual brew, this will make for an excellent pour over filter or AeroPress. As a light roast, we recommend drinking this without milk, so the clarity, sweet flavours and balanced acidity shine through.

Like all our filter roasts, this is probably not suitable for espresso machines. If you are looking for a better option to brew on your home espresso machine, or want a coffee with heavier body and texture, safer to choose one of our espresso roasts.
