This high grade, naturally processed Guatemalan coffee is grown by pioneering coffee farmer Fredy Orantes on his Buena Vista farm in the Fraijanes region of Santa Rosa.

Roasted light, to let a little brightness come through and complement the sweetness of this coffee.

This is best served black from a pourover filter, Aeropress or cafetiere.
