This Christmas we are delighted to launch our first filter blend! We combined a washed Guatemala, San Antonio Huista, with a natural process Costa Rica, Corrazon De Jesus.

The filter brews we are getting from this are incredible - it is juicy and sweet with heaps of fruit. Perfect for your pour overs and AeroPress brews - but will also work really well in a cafetiere! As a light filter roast, we recommend this best served black.
